Le flambeau universel

En tout lieu, toute circonstance,
contre le  racisme et l’antisémitisme,
ces aberrations de l’esprit et du cœur.
Contre la misère, la maladie, la faim,
déployons le drapeau universel,
symbole de fraternité,
de solidarité et de paix.
Conforme à la déclaration universelle
des droits humains (Nations Unies, déc 1948),
au milieu des drapeaux des nations,
il rappellera les droits
et devoirs de chaque citoyen.
Ce drapeau de non-violence
est désormais un lien indestructible.
Il est le chemin à jamais tracé
pour le bien et l’honneur de chaque homme,
chaque femme, chaque enfant.
Inauguré à l’UNESCO
lors d’une assemblée générale des ONG,
il est patrimoine universel de l’humanité.
Il appartient à tout individu,
celui d’aujourd’hui et celui de demain.

The universal flag

In any place, any circumstance,
against racism and antisemitism,
these aberrations of the spirit
and of the heart.
Against misery, disease, hunger,
let us deploy the universal flag,
symbol of fraternity,
of solidarity and peace.
Conform to the universal declaration
of human rights 
(the United Nations, DEC 1948),
in the middle of the flags of the nations,
he will point out the rights
and duties of each citizen.
This flag of non-violence
is from now on
a indestructible bond.
It is the forever traced way
for the good and the honor
of each man, each woman,
each child.
Inaugurated with UNESCO
at the time of a general meeting of ONG,
it is universal inheritance of humanity, 
that of today and that of tomorrow.
It belongs to any individual.

La bandera universal

Por todas partes, toda circunstancia,
contra el racismo y el antisemitismo,
estas aberraciones del espíritu
y del corazón.
Contra la miseria, la enfermedad,
el hambre, despleguemos
la bandera universal,
símbolo de fraternidad,
solidaridad y paz.
Conforme a la declaración universal
derechos humanos 
(las Naciones Unidas, déc 1948),
en medio de las banderas de las naciones,
recordará los derechos y deberes
de cada ciudadano.
Esta bandera de no violencia
es en adelante un vínculo indestructible.
Es el camino a nunca trazado
para el bien y el honor de cada hombre,
cada mujer, cada niño.
Inaugurado a la UNESCO
en una asamblea general de las ONG,
ha patrimonio universal de la humanidad.
Pertenece a todo individuo,
el de hoy y el de mañana
